Shipping Policy
How do we process orders
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email or WhatsApp. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped with your tracking details.
Please note that there may be delays due to inclement weather, shipping agent delays and high volume of orders.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
simple flat rate shipping: We offer $7 usd flat rate shipping In Kingston Jamaica. Free local shipping on all orders over 300 usd and more
Free international shipping on all orders over 500 usd and more with a weight of under 8 lbs
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $300 usd (Kingston only). For orders under $300 usd, we charge $7 usd for delivery to your home/office (Kingston only). For all orders under 300 usd and outside of Kingston there is a 500jmd bearer fee to Zipmail and Knutsford Express.
Deliveries are made from 9am – 6pm on Monday - Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of your delivery.
Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our pickup location in New Kingston. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions on how to pick up.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-3:30pm on Monday, Wednesday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, England, and the Caribbean.
Currently, we do not ship to Canada and the Asian continent.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Najah Chemist is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at start@najahchemist.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.
Return Policy
In this time of crisis due to Covid19 and other sanitation reasons, we no longer accept returns due to sanitation purposes, all purchases are final, and no refund will be issued. No returns on customizations,
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at start@najahchemist.com with your order number and a photo and video of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
