All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email or WhatsApp. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your tracking details.

What qualifies as a Bulk Order?  

Bulk orders are any order that is 10 gallons and above.

 

Do I get a discount?

A discount will be applied to all orders 10 gallons or more. Please note however, that discounts are subjected to approval and are not guaranteed. Discounts are not offered on bulk orders that are on sale or promotion. Additionally, any special collaboration items will not be offered a discount.

 

Do you offer customization or printing on bulk order items?

Yes! We offer all types of customizations such as custom packaging, product texture, color, scents or any other branding and co-branding type of services at an additional cost.

 

Can I ship to a freight forwarding address?

Yes, all shipping outside of Jamaica is at an additional cost.

 

How long will it take to process my order? 

This is dependent on the timeframe to acquire raw materials. Please allow an additional fourteen (14) to twenty (20) business days to process your order after materials are received. Your order will be shipped out once it has been fully processed in the shipping method that was selected.

 

Return Policy

Bulk Orders

• The maximum order is based on the raw material we have in stock.

• Prices and products are based on the availability of raw materials. As such prices are subject to adjustment based on inflation.

• You will be notified if there is any change in cost before we start processing your order.

Ordering Policies

• You can make bulk purchases of a single item or multiple items by sending your order to Start@najahchemist.com in order to provide each customer with a great selection and great prices we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any of our products.

• If an item has a quantity limit, terms for substantially larger orders, central purchasing agreements, and fulfilment contracts may vary. Contact our office.

• All bulk orders for your special occasions, gifts, and parties etc., can be made by email. To purchase a large quantity of a single item or multiple items, you can WhatsApp us at 876-885-1099/876-807-7104 or write us at Start@najahchemist.com let us know about your requirements.

 

Express Order

Orders are normally shipped one to two weeks after receipt of your purchase order. Should you require a quicker turnaround, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. 

 

Please Note: There is a 25% restocking fee for all bulk order cancellations. A deposit of 75% is required before an order is processed and the remainder before we ship the order. For all bulk orders we do offer additional discounts on large orders of a single item or on large orders of many individual items.
