New Concepts

Clients creating a new concept, there is a mandatory Research and Development fee of $600USD that gives you access to one (1) 1oz sample and two (2) 1oz adjustment sample, if samples or capsules or gummies a maximum of one week dose will be given.

 

Multiple Concepts

For persons creating multiple new concepts, an additional $155.90USD is required for each product.

 

Additional Ingredients

For individuals looking to add ingredients to their product that are not on our stock listing, 75% of the cost should be paid beforehand. If the client reconsiders, 25% of the amount paid will be refunded. 

 

Bulk Orders

• The maximum order is based on the raw material we have in stock.

• Prices and products are based on the availability of raw materials. As such prices are subject to adjustment based on inflation.

• You will be notified if there is any change in cost before we start processing your order.

Ordering Policies

• You can make bulk purchases of a single item or multiple items by sending your order to Start@najahchemist.com in order to provide each customer with a great selection and great prices we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any of our products.

• If an item has a quantity limit, terms for substantially larger orders, central purchasing agreements, and fulfilment contracts may vary. Contact our office.

• All bulk orders for your special occasions, gifts, and parties etc., can be made by email. To purchase a large quantity of a single item or multiple items, you can WhatsApp us at 876-885-1099/876-807-7104 or write us at Start@najahchemist.com let us know about your requirements.

 

Express Order

Orders are normally shipped one to two weeks after receipt of your purchase order. Should you require a quicker turnaround, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. The discount in certain cases may be slightly lower.

 

Note: There is a 25% restocking fee for all bulk order cancellations. A deposit of 75% is required before an order is processed and the remainder before we ship the order. For all bulk orders we do offer additional discounts on large orders of a single item or on large orders of many individual items.
